A N ORDINANCE .
Am ordinance fixing the salaries of certain appointive officers
of Salt Lake City.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. The salary of the Chief of the Sire Department
shall be $2400.00 per annum.
SECTION 2. The salary of the chief clerk in the office of thry�
Slipertisor of Streets and Public Improvements shall be ,$1500.00
per annum.
SECTION 3. The salary of the Pon:ad-keeper shall be "$'960.00
per annum.
SECTION 4. Said salaries shall be paid ix monthly install-
ments, as are the salaries of'other city officers.
SECTION 5. All ordinances and parts of ordinances conflicting
herewith, are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. '
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication. ` �
