An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
herein after described in the territory between the south side of
Third Avenue and the North side of Eleventh Avenue, and the east side
of Canyon Road and the east side of H. Street, in Paving Districts
Nos. 24 and 30, for the purpose of providing for the grading, guttering
and curbing thereof, and constructing drainage system across inter-
sect ions.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization
and review, of the property in Lots 3 and 4, Block 35; 3 •and 4, block
36; 1 and 4, block 48; 1, 2, 3, 4, block 49; 1, 2, 3, and 4, block
50; 2 and 3, block 51; 2 and 3, block 62; 1, 2, 3 and 4, block 63; 1,
2, 3 and 4, block 64; 1 and 4, block 65; 1 and 4, block 76; 1, 2, 3
and4, block 77; 1, 2, 3 and 4, block 78; 2 and 3, block 79; 2 and 3,
block 90; 1, 2, 3 and 4, block 91; 1, 2, 3 and 4, block 92; 1 and 4,
block 93; 1 and 4, block 104; 1, 2, 3 and 4, block 105; 1, 2, 3 and 4,
block 106; 2 and 3, block 107; 13 to 21, inclusive, Nob Hill Subdivision

Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on both sides of F, G and H Streets
between Eleventh and Third Avenues, on both sides of Third Avenue, Sixth
Avenue, Seventh Avenue, Eighth Avenue, Ninth Avenue and Tenth Avenue
between F and H Streets, in Paving Districts Nos. 24 and 30 bf Salt
Lake City, for the purpose of providing for the grading, guttering and
curbing, thereof, and constructing drainage system across intersecti ons,
is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned in said
completed lists are hereby confirmed.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication.
