AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER LX, Revised Ordinances of
Salt. Lake City, Utah, 1920, by adding to said Chapter a new Section
to be known as Section 1886X, relating to traffic. -
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION I. That Chapter LX, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake
City, Utah, 1920, be and the same is hereby amended by adding to said
chapter a new Section to be known as Section 1886X, relating to traffic,
to read as follows:
SEC.1886X. It shall be unlawful for themdriver, or
any person in charge,of any vehicle to knowingly drive or
operate such vehicle upon any of the streets of Salt Lake City
while any sled or other similar conveyance is attached to
or connected with such vehicle, or to permit any sled or
other similar conveyance to be attached to or connected with
said vehicle upon any of the streets of said city.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Corenissioners, it
is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt
Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its publica-
tion.
