AN ORDINANCE Result AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6714 of the Revised Ordi- nances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, as amended by ordinances passed by the Board of Commissioners on February 21, 1945, April 17, 1945, August 17, 1945, December 18, 1945, March 28, 1946, April 4, 1946, June 4, 1946, August 6, 1946, September 18, 1946, October 8, 1946, November 5, 1946, December 5, 1946, December 11, 1946, and January 7, 1947, relating to zoning. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners oz Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 6714 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, as amended by ordinances passed by the Board of Commissioners on February 21, 1945, April 17, 1945, August 17, 1945, December 19, 1945, March 28, 1946, April 4, 1946, June 4, 1946, August 6, 1946, September 18, 1946, Octoher 8, 1946, 41 November 5, 1946, December 5, 1946, December 11, 1946, and January 7, 1947, relating to zoning, be and the same is hereby further amended by adding in and to said section three new paragraphs to be known as Items 27, 28 and 29, which shall read as follows: "ITEM No. 27. The following described real property in Residential tB-2' District, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby amended and changed to "Commercial" classification and the Use District Map is hereby amended and changed accord- ingly: The property abutting upon the north side of Common- wealth Ave. from the west line of Windsor St. (vacated) to a point 205 ft. west therefrom being the east 205 ft. of the west 363 ft. of the south 135 ft. of the north 270.5 ft. of Lot 10, Blk. 44, Ten Acre Plat tA1, Big Field Sur- vey. That said Use District Map is hereby changed, altered -2- and amended to show the above described tract of land and the whole thereof as part of "Commercial" District." "ITEM No. 28. The following described real property in Residential 1A-31 District, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby amended and changed to Residential 'Bt classifica- tion and the Use District Map is hereby amended and changed accordingly: The northwest corner of 13th South and 5th East Streets being the south one-half of Lot 10 and all of Lots 11, 12 and 13, of Blk. 2, Lyndale Sub. of part of Blk. 20, Five Acre Plat 'At, Big Field Survey. That said Use District Map is hereby changed, altered and amended to show the above described tract of land and the whole thereof as part of Residential 'B1 District." "ITEM No. 29. The following described real property in Residential 1B-2, District, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby amended and changed to Residential 1B-311 classifica- tion and the Use District Map is hereby amended and changed accordingly: The west side of 6th East Street from 5th South Street to a point 495 feet south therefrom, being the east 7 i/2 rods of Lot 6 and all of Lots 7 and 8, Blk. 24, Plat 1B1, Salt Lake City Survey. That said Use District Map is hereby changed, altered and amended to show the above described tract of land and the whole thereof as part of Residential 1B-31 District." SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become eff ctive immediately. SECTION 3.
