AN ORDINANCE Result AN ORDINANCE VACATING alley south 140 feet from Indiana Avenue and running east 146 feet from 14th West Street in Salt , f'; Lake City, Utah. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That alley south 140 feet from Indiana Avenue and running east 146 feet from 14th West Street 111 Salt Lake City, _=, Utah, more particularly described as follows: �� Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 12, Block 3, First Burlington Addition to Glendale Park, a subdivision of part of Section 10, T. 1 S., R. 1 W., S. L. B. & M., thence east 146 ft., thence south 36 ft. to the southeast corner of Lot 13, aforesaid block, thence northwesterly around a curve to the left, Rad. 25 ft., a distance of 39.27 ft., thence west 121 ft., thence north 11 ft. to the place of beginning; be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub- lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property and also subject to the right of entry thereon for the purpose of insp,Qcting, maintaining, repairing, replac- ing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them. SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective immediately.
