AN ORDINANCE Result AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2901 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, as amended by ordinances passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, relating to the Fire Department. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 2901 0T the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, is amended by ordinances passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, on July 22, 1944; July 3, 1945; February 7, 10464- January 28, 19147; November 12, 1947; Decembdr 154, 19480a ' 10, 1949; January 10, 1950; July 11, 1950; August 8, 1950; A19,r4i1 3, 1951; and June 6, 1951; relating to the Fire Department, be and the same is hereby further amended to read as follows: "SEC. 2901. ORGANIZATION AND SALARIES. The Fire Depart- ment of Salt Lake City shall consist ;he following offi- cers and employees and no others who except the Chief, shall be appointed by the appointing power subject to the approval of the Board of City Commissioners f )m the certified list of the Civil Service Commission of S Lt Lake City for each such office or position to be filled and the annual salaries for each such officer or employee sh ;11 be fixed by the Board of City Commissioners at not mire than the amount here- inafter set forth, to-wit: Per Annum.
