AN ORDINANCE AMENDING the second paragraph of subsection (d) of
Section 20-2-45, of the Revised Ordinances of Salt LakeCity, Utah, as
amended by Bill No. 70 of 1957, relating to the license to be charged
for wholesaling or wholesaling and retailing, or manufacturing and whole-
saling meat, meat food products, fish or sea food.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1 . That-the second paragraph of subsection (d) of Section
20-2-45, of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, as amended
by Bill No. 70 of 1957, relating to the license to be charged for whole-
saling or wholesaling and retailing, or manufacturing and wholesaling
meat, meat food products, fish or sea food, be, and the same hereby is,
amended to read as follows:
k, "For wholesaling or wholesaling and retailing, or manufacturing
'and.wholesaling meat, meat food products, fish or sea food, per
annum or any part thereof, $125.00. For jobbing, manufacturing,
delivering, brokering at wholesale, meat, meat food products,
sausage, fish, or sea food products to retail stores, restaurants
or similar places of business, per annum or any part thereof,
$50.00."

SECTION 2. In/opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it fs neces-
sary to the peace, health, and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt Lake
City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 9th day of March, 1961 .
