AN ORDINANCE .
III An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property herein-
after
described within the district bounded on the west by the center ,
line of State Street, on the east by the center line of Thirteenth
East Street, on the north by the south side of Ninth South Street,
and on the south by the city limits, in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 29,
30, 32, 33, 34, 36, 37, 38, 40 and 43, for the construction of Dement
sidewalks.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization and
Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that pur-
pose, of the property in Lots''6;to 11, inclusive, Block 6, Capitol
Avenue Addition, Block 12; 9, Block 12; 1 to 32, inclusive, Block 1;
and 1 to 60, inclusive, Block 2, Carolina Subdivision, Block 20; 1 to
20, inclusive, Block 1; and 1 to 20, inclusive, Block 2, Leadville
Place Subdivision, Block 20; 1 to 10, inclusive, and 29 to 38, inclu-
sive, Pendleton's Subdivision, Block 20; 1 to 30, inclusive, Block 1;1
1 to 30, inclusive, Block 2; 1 to 30, inclusive, Block 3; and 1 to 34

inclusive, Block 4, Denver Place Subdivision, Block 20; 1 to 28, in-

confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
