Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described in Fuller Avenue, which runs east from Tenth
East Street to Eleventh East Street, between Fourth South and Fifth
South Streets, in Sewer District No. 1, for the construction of a
sewer.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer,
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and review,
of the property in Lots 4 and 7, Block 20, Plat "F", Salt Lake City
Survey, abutting on the north side of Fuller Avenue, which runs
east from Tenth East Street to Eleventh East Street between Fourth
South fittasst and Fifth South Streets, in Sewer District No. 1, of
Salt Ltke City, for the purpose of constructing a sewer upon said
portion of said street, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments
made and returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication.
