An ordinance levying a tax and for the assessment of property on
(First South Street between Second Font and Sixth Fast Streets, and on
'the east side of Fifth East Street between South Temple and"First
South Streets, in Sidewalk Districts ;los. 2 and 18, for the purpose
of re-placing all defective walls and walk$ not to grade on said A
streets.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Solt Lake City. Utah.
SECTION 1. That the City Council doesherebyrCby levy the t a e and
.provide for the assessment of the sw:e upon the property hereinafter
hdescribed in Sidewalk Districts Foe. 2 and 18, for the re-placing of
hall defective walks and walks not to grade, with cement sidewalks,
to-wit: •
In Lots Nos. 5, 6, 7 end 8, Meek 72, Pint "A"; 8, Clock 51; 4 aid
i5, Block 61; 3 end 4, Block 63; 6, Block 52; and 5 end 6, Sleek 50,21t
"B", abutting on the south side of First South Street between Second

tween South Temple and First South Street, end on the north side of
First South Street between Third East and Fourth Fast Streets, and be-
[tween Fifth Fast and Sixth Fast Streets.
This tax is levied to defray the expense of constructing cement

SECTION 2. Said tax shall become and be delinquent in five equa[
installments, as follows, to-wit: One-fifth thereof one year after
the approval of the ordinance confirming the levy of the tax for the
payment for such improvement; one—fifth thereof in two years after
such approval; one-fifth thereof in three years after such approval;
onexfifth thereof in'four -eept after such approval; and one-firth
