AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "use district map" as adopted by Section
51-12-2, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating
to fixing the boundaries of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby
is, amended as follows:
"The following described real property in Residential
"R-2" District, as shown on the Use District Map, is
hereby zoned as Business "B-3" District, and the Use
District Map i* amended and changed accordingly:
Commencing at a point in the west line of llth
East Street, said point being 165 feet south of
27th South Street, running thence west along
the south line of the existing Business 'B-3'
zone 165 feet; thence south 160 feet; thence east
165 feet to the west line of llth East Street;
thence north along the west line of llth East
Street 160 feet to the point of beginning."
Passed by the Board of Commissions of Salt Lake City, Utah
this 20th day of November, 1974.
