Greener v., mil Campbell Phillips 6/1 Result AN ORDINANCE // AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Sections 51-15A-8(3) (A) (a) and (4) (A) (a) and Sections 51-17A-8(3) (a) (1) and (4) (a) (1) of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to clarification that height incentive for encouraging use of parking structures apply only to one floor of attached or detached parking structures located in the R-3A, and R-5A zoning districts. rt". WHEREAS, the Board of City Commissioners finds that the incentive allowed to encourage the use of parking structures in the R-3fland R-5A districts must be clarified to limit its application only to one floor of said parking structures. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of City Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 51-15A-8(3) (A) (a) and (4) (A) (a) of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to special provisions relating to incentives to encourage the development of parking structures in a R-3A use district, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows: Sec. 51-15A-3. Special provisions. * * * (1) * * * * * * (3) * * * (A) * * * (a) The square foot area of one floor used for parking can be added to the area of the site when computing the maximum number of dwelling units allowed as specified in Section 51-15A-3, "Area and usable open space regulations". * * * (4) * * * (A) * * * (a) The square foot area of one floor of the accessory building, except for the top floor, when..used for parking, can be added to the area of the site when computing the maximum number of dwelling units allowed as specified in Section 51-15A-3, "Area and usable open space regulations". 141 SECTION 2.
