That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization and Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that purpose`, of the property abutting on both sides of all wide streets within the district bounded on the west by Ninth East Street, on the north by South Temple Street, of the east by the Reservation, and on the south by Fifth South Street, except where sidewalks are already laid, and on both sides of Douglas Avenue between Second South and Fourth South Streets, in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 2, 4, 6, 14, 22 and 23, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of constructing cement sidewalks upon said portions of said streets, is hereby con- 4, firmed, and the assessments made and returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
