AN ORDINANCE
Result
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "use district map" as adopted by Section
51-12-2, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating
to fixing the boundaries of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is,
amended as follows:
"The following described real property in Residential
'R-2' District, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby
zoned as Commercial 'C-2' District, and the Use District
Map is amended and changed accordingly:
Commencing S 2° 21' 11" West 12.87 feet from the Northwest
corner of Lot 3, Block 4, Plat "A", Glendale Gardens, running
thence S 89° 55' 56" West along the existing Commercial "C-2"
boundary 570 feet more or less to the east line of Redwood
i Road; thence S 0° 03' 34" East along the east line of Redwood
pl Road 50 feet more or less to the north line of California
1d1 Avenue extension according to the Official Map of Salt Lake
City No. 38; thence South 79° 14' 04" East 489.09 feet along
the north line of California Avenue extension; thence 80
feet more or less along a 1278.27 foot radius curve to the
left to a point in the west line of Lot 1, Block 4, Plat "A"
Glendale Gardens; thence North 2° 21' 11" East 140 feet
more or less to the point of beginning, being part of the
SW;, SE4 of Section 10, Township 1 South, Range 1 West,
Salt Lake Base and Meridian.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
