the west side of State Street• beZween First North and Second North
Streets, in Sidewalk District Re. 19, for the construction of a
cement sidewalk.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
/Y y SECTION- 1. That the assessment list made by the City' Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed,by the Board of Equalization
and Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City -Council for that
purpose, of the property..•ab•utting on the west side of.State Street.
between First North and Second North Streets, in Sidewalk District,
No. 19, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of constructing a cement
Sidewalk upon said portion of said street, is hereby confirmed, and
the assessments made and returned in said completed lists are here-
. by confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
Sidewalk Extension No. 12a.

29th,1906, and referred to the Kayo for his approval.
