An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property herein-
after described within the district bounded on the north by the center
lino of Fifth South Street, on the east by the U. S. Military Reserva-
tion, on the south by the south side of Sixth South Street, and on the
;west by the east side of Ninth East Street, in Sidewalk Districts Nos.
22 and 23, for the construction of cement sidewalks.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
a+.s corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization and
Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that pur-
pose, of the property in Lots 2 and 5, Block 16; 5 and 6, Block 12;
lint 19, Sunset View Subdivision, Block 12; 5 and 6, Block 9; 1, and 5
to 9, inclusive, Robinson Subdivision, Block lC; 6, Block 10; 1, 2, 3
and 4, Block 13; 1 to 11, inclusive, Douglas lace Subdivision, Block;
14; 2, Block 14; 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 15, A11 in Flat "F", Srit
Lake City Survey, abutting on the south aide of Fifth South Street
between Thirteenth East and Fourteenth East Streets; on both sides of
Sixth South Street between Tenth East and Fourteenth East Streets;
and on the east side of Tenth East Street between Fifth South end Sixth
South Streets, in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 22 and 23, of Salt Lake City,
for the purpose of constructing cement sidewalks upon said portions '
of said streets, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and
returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effeot upon approval.
