AN ORDI NANC E.
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on Third .est Street between Third South
and Sixth South streets, in Paving District No. 28, for the pur-
pcse of providing for the grading, guttering and curbing, establi-h-
ing drainate system under spur tracks back of curb and across
intersections, and paving thereof.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treas-
urer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Commis
sioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and
review, of the property in Lots 4 and 5, Block 30, 2, 3, 4 and 5,
Block 43; 4 and 5, Block 48, Flat "A", Salt Lake City Survey,
abutting on the east side of Third West Street, between Third
South and Sixth South Streets, in Paving District No. 28 of Salt
Lake City, for the purpose of providing for the grading, guttering
and curbing, establishing drainage system under spur tracks back
of curb and across intersections, and paving said portion of said
street, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and return-
ed in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication.
