Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property here-
inafter described on the west side of Highland Park Drive from 587
feet south of Twelfth South .(now 2tventy-first South) Street to
Ashton Avenue, in Sidewalk District No. 44, for the purpose of
providing for the grJ.ding, constructing cement sidewalk, and con-
structing concrete conduit for Jordan and Salt Lake Canal, the cost
of the ooa.truction of said conduit to be paid by salt Lake City.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and review, of
the property in Lots 1, and 14 to 22, inclusive, Block 2, Granite
Subdivision, Block 46, Ten Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey, abutting
on the west side of Highland Park Drive between Simpson itimmxt and
Ashton Avenues, in Sidewalk District No. 44, of Salt Lake City, for
the purpose of providing for the grading, constructing cement side-
walk, and constructing concrete conduit thereon for Jordan and Salt
Lake Canal, the cost of the construction of said conduit to be paid
for by Salt Lake City, upon said portion of said street, is hereby
confirmed, and the assessments made and returned in said completed
lists are hereby confirmed.
