AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing
boundaries of use districts.
Now, therefore, be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the use and "Use District Map" as adopted
by Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah,
1965, as amended, relating to fixing the boundaries of use districts,
be, and the same hereby is, amended as follows:
That the following described parcel of real property
in a residential R-2 District classification commonly
described as the area located East of Highland Drive
on 30th South Street, is hereby zoned to a Business
"B-3" District classification and the "Use District
Map" is amended and changed accordingly:

Commencing at a point on the north line of 3000 t 1,
South Street, said point being 125 feet East of (%
Highland Drive; thence East along the North line
of 3000 South Street 135.29 feet; thence North 125
feet; thence West 135.29 feet; thence South 125
feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after its first date of publication.
Passed by the Board of City Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah, this 21stday of September , 1978.
