AN ORDINANCE.
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on Almond Street between First North Street
and Second North Street, in Paving District No. 30, for the pur-
pose of providing for grading and curbing, and constructing side-
walk thereon.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECT@0N. 1. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of eualizati.l
and review, of the property in Lots 1 and 3, to 8, inclusive,
Block 6, Plat "E", Salt Lake City Survey, on the west side of
Almond Street between First North and Second North Streets, in
•' Paving District No. 30 of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of pro
viding for grading and curbing, and constructing sidewalk on said
portion of said street, is hereby confirmed, and the assessment
made and returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication. 1
