An ordinance repealing an ordinance letying an assessment upon
property abutting on the west side of Seventh East Street between
First South and Second South Streets, in Sewer District No. 1, for
the constri.ction of a sewer.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lase City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the whole of that pertain ordinance e-,titled.
*An ordinance levying 4.tax and for the assessment of property on
the west side of Seventirlast Street between First South and Second
South Streets, in Sewer District No. 1, for the construction of a
sewer", passes. by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, on the
8th day of February, 1904, be and the same hereby is repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
