Fehr EilWR Finch 11, Moran Mr.Chairman Result AN ORDINANCE 41.4 AN ORDINANCE VACATING parts of alleyways in the tract of land bounded by Main Street, 2d North Street, State Street and let North Street and dedicating said property in said block as Hillside Avenue. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah. Section 1. That the following alleys and parts of alleys in the tract of land bounded by Main Street, 2d North Street, State Street and 1st North Street be, and the same are,hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as street alley or pedestrian way, to-wit: l.Beginning at a point 10.51 ft. west from the southwest corner of Lot 3, of Capitol Sub, of Block 10, Plat "E" Salt Lake City Survey, thence west 140.25 ft., thence south 30 ft., thence east 140.25 ft., thence north 30 ft. to place of beginning. • 2.Beginning at a point 405.6 ft. north and 206.0 ft. west of monument at intersection of 1st North and State Street, said point being on the nwth line of propo ed Hillside Ave., thence north 17.40 ft., thence N. 76°02r W. 58.50 ft. more or less to the southwest corner of Lot 7, Block 1, Plat "E", thence S. 76°46' W. 106.1 ft. to the east line of Wall Street, thence south 7.23 ft. to the north line of Hillside Ave., thence east along said north line 160.01 ft. to place of beginning. 3.Beginning at a point 405.6 ft. north and 159.26 ft. west of monument at intersection of 1st North and State Street, said point being on the north line of proposed Hillside Ave., thence N. 41'14' W. 9.81 ft., thence N. 76`02' W. 26.04 ft., to east line of' 15 ft. alley, thence south 13.67 ft. to north line of Hillside Ave., thence east along said north line 31.74 ft. to place of beginning. Section 2. That the following_ described land located in �t4 wy' the tract bounded by Main Street, 2d North Street, State Street and let North Street be, and the same is hereby dedicated and set apart for public use as a street to be known as Hillside Avenue running easterly and westerly connecting Main and State Streets as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the west side of State Street , said point being 31 feet west and 352.6 ft. north from the monument at the intersection of 1st north & State Streets, thence west 700.17 ft. to the east Line of Mair4 Street, thence north 66. ft., thence east 141.45 ft., .;thence .espcth 13 ft.,thence east 558.83 ft. to the west lipe of,State Street, thence sauth 53 ft. to place of beiinnipg. Section 3. In the•a<pinipn of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the health -'pee.ce and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective, immediately.
