S. L. Right of Way between Fremont and Paxton Avenues, by H amendiJng the description in said ordinance. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the description in Bill No. 1 of 1960, w w descrilbing an alley running West from First West Street to the 0. 3. L. ¢ Right1of Way between Fremont and Paxton Avenues in Salt Lake City, Utah, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows: 0 Commencing 33 feet West of the Northeast corner of Lot o 14, Block 23, 5 Acre Plat "A," Big.Tield Survey; thence South 25.7 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 2, liarrington, Donnelly and Newellts Subdivision; thence w m !West 37 feet to the Easterly right of way boundary of the H bn Oregon Short Line Railroad; thence Northwesterly along said o !boundary to a point due West of the point of beginning; a ithence East to the point of beginning. o .
