AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Sec. 51-11-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to zoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Sec. 51-11-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to zoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding in
and to skid section a new paragraph to be known as Item 49, as follows:
"ITEM 49. The following described real property in Residential
"R-6" classification, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby
changed to Commercial "C-1" classification and the Use District Map
is hereby amended and changed accordingly:
All of the west 495.0 feet of Block 23, Plat "A",
Salt Lake City Survey.
"That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered to show
the above described tract of land as Commercial "C-1" District Classi-
fication."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 3rd day of March , 1964.
