Result . . . . / AN ORDINANCE REPEALING BILL NO, 5 of 1969 and vacating an area identified as 4th North Street which runs east from 21st West Street. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Bill No. 5 of 1969, be, and the same hereby is repealed. SECTION 2. That that certain area identified as 4th North Street running east from 21st West Street (a right of way 33 feet wide by 981.75 feet long), more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property to be used as a street, alley, avenue or pedestrian way: Beginning at a point which is east 45.11 feet and north 3194.32 feet more or less from the City Monument at the intersection of North Temple Street and 21st West Street, being located in Section 33, T.1 N., R.1 W., Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and also being a point on the center line of { C' the street identified as 4th North Street as well as the east line of 21st West Street, and running thence east 981.75 feet to the west line of Avondale Subdivision; thence north 33.0 feet; thence west 981.75 feet to said east line of 21st West Street; thence south 33.0 feet to the point of beginning. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property; and also subject to the rights of entry thereon, for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, replacing, removing, altering, or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
