Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: _ SECTION 1. That subsddtion (e) of Section 25-4-6 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to salary schedules of elected officials be, andth'e same hereby is, amended to read as follows: "Sec. 25-4-6. Salary schedule adopted. (a) * * * * * * (e) 'Effective February 1, 1976, the salaries of the Mayor, City Commissioners, City Auditor and City Judges shall be as follows: Mayor Pay Class 31-F $2,114.00 per month City Commissioners Pay Class 30-F $2,014.00 per month City Auditor Pay Class 28-F $1,828.00 per month Effective January 1, 1976, the salaries of the City Judges shall be $2,062.00 per month." SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediatley. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect on the date of its first publication. Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this 3rd day of February, 1976.
