AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 25-4-6(f) (2) of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to salary schedules of officers
and employees.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section- 25-4-6(f) (2) of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965,. relating to salary schedules of officers and
employees, be, and the same hereby is amended as follows:
Sec. 25-4-6. * * *

(f) . * * *
(2) . Personnel certified by the State of Utah as emergency
medical technicians with more than one year's experience shall
be entitled to a 5% pay differential increase when assigned to
auxiliary units as designated by the fire chief. Assignments
of these auxiliary units to various stations shall be strictly
at the discretion of the fire chief or his designated assis-
tants.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect 30 days after its
first publication.
