AN ORDINANCE VACATING Dexter Street between Everett Avenue
and 1400 North Street.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Dexter Street between Everett
Avenue and 1400 North Street, more particularly described as follows,
be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be
public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian
way:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 5,
Superior Subdivision of Section 23, T1N, R1W, Salt
Lake Base and Meridian; and running thence East 66 - v
feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 8, Block 3,
Empire Addition to said Section; thence South 139.0 -
1` feet; thence West 66 feet;- thence North 139.0 feet -
to the point of beginning. Contains 0.211 acres, ,-
more or less.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights
of way and easements of all public utilities located in, on, or
under the confines of the above described property, and also subject
to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of maintaining,
repairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities
and all of them.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this llth day of December, 1974.
