AN ORDINANCE AMENDING the "Wage and Salary Administration Program
for Salt Lake City Corporation Employees," adopted by.Bill No. 59
of 1978, amending Section 25-4-5 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to position titles and classifications
and salary ranges.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of -Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "Wage and Salary Administration Program for
Salt Lake City Corporation Employees," adopted by Bill No. 59 of 1978,
amending Section 25-4-5 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City,
Utah, 1965, relating to position titles and classifications and salary
ranges, be, and the same hereby is, amended as follows:
ADD the position of Director of Development Services,
Level 1 of the Executive Salary Schedule.
ADD the position of Director of Building and Housing,
Level 2 of the Executive Salary Schedule.
DELETE the position of Deputy Director of Public Works -
Building and Permit Services, Level 3 of the Executive Salary
Schedule.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City, it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the
inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective
immediately.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
