Result AN ORD -NANCE
AN ORDINANCE VACATING an alley between Front Street and
200 West Street, Salt Lake City, Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That that alley betwen Front Street and 200
West Street, more particularly described as follows, be, and
the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public
property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 16, Block
5, West Temple Addition, a subdivision of Block 10. ,- - a
5 Acre Plat "A". Big Field Survey and running thence �.x',
East 244 feet; thence South 15 feet, thence West 244
feet; thence North 14.43 feet to the point of
beginning. Contains 0.082 Acres more or less.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights
of way and easements of all public utilities located in, on, or
under the confines of the above described property, and also
subject to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of main-
taining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting
said utilities and all of them.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 11th day of December, 1974.
