Result AN ORDINANCE
AN ORDINkNCE CONFIRMING the assessment upon the property on
Sixth South Street, Thirteenth Fast Street to Mount Olivet, in Paving
District No. 27 (Paving E tension No. 165) for the purpose of providing
for the grading, curbing and guttering, constructing private driveways
and paving with bituminous concrete.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of GaIt Lake City,
Utah.
SECTION I. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Cottrcissioners of
Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and review of the
property in Lots 5 and 6 of Block 9 and Lot 2 of Block 16, Plat F, Salt
Lake City Survey, abutting cm both sides of Sixth South Street, Thirteenth
East Street to Mount Olivet, in Pavin. District No. 27 of Salt Lake City,
for the purpose of providing for tiie grading', curbing and. guttering,
cqtatructing private driveways and paving with bituminous concrete said
portion of said street, is hereby confirmed., and the assessments made
and returned in said. completed list are hereby confirmed.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect one (a," after its
publication.
