An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property on the
north side of Sixth South Street from State Street to Second East
Street, on the west side of Second East Street from Fifth South
Street to Seventh South Street, en the north side of Seventh South
Street from State Street to Second East Street, and on the east side
of State Street from Sixth South Street to Seventh South Street, in
Sidewalk Districts Nos. 9, 16 and 20,for the construction of cement
sidewalks.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list inede by the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization
and Reiriew, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that
purpose, of the property abutting on the north side of Sixth South
Street from State Street to Second Nast Street, on the west side of
Second East Street from Fifth South Street to Seventh South Street,
on the north side of Seventh South Street from State Street to Sec-
ond Bast Street, and on the east side of State Street from Sixth Sam
South Street to Seventh South Street, in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 9,
16 and 20, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of constructing cement
sidewalks six feet wide and four inches thick upon said portions of
said streets, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and re-
turned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
