That Seeti:.n 391 of %.he Revised. Ordinances of Salt City of 1903, be, rn.nd the sti a hereby is wain;ied re-enact- 1 ed so as to rend as follows: SECTION 391. RESTAURANT F,ERPR DEFINED. Al'0U"T. LIQUORS PRORI'ITED. A restaurant keeper is defined to Le any person who shall keep any house or place for the furnishing of meals without lodging, within the limits of Salt Ta-,e, City. A restaurant keeper's license may be issued upon to applicant with filingihis application a statement under oath showing the .j greatest number of persons he can furnish with meals at one time. The yearly license charge for restaurants shall be as follows: F"or all restaurants able to accom.octate thirty or more guests at one time 175.00 Far all restaurants able to accommodate twenty guests and less than thirty 40.00 Far all restaurants able to accommodate over ten guests and less than twenty 20.01 'Fbr all restaurants able to'aocommodate ten guests or less 10.00 Provided, that no restaurant keeper's license shall in any manner authorize the sale of spirituous, vinous, ::alt or other intoxicating liquors, but such restaurant keeper may ob- tain an additional license to sell "bottled goods" as provided in Scotian 313.
