AN ORDINANCE .
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property here
inafter described on the south side of Second South Street between
Sixth West Street and the Jordan River; on the north side of Secon
South Street between Sixth West and Tenth West Streets; on both
sides of Tenth West Street between First South and Second South
Streets; and on the west side of Ninth West Street between First
South and Second South Streets, in Sidewalk District No.21, for
the construction of cement sidewalks.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasur.r
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and review,
of the property in Lots 5 and 6, Block 38; 16 to 29, inclusive,
Block 2, Heath's Subdivision of Block 39; 17 to 32, inclusive, Block
2, Heath's Subdivision of Block 40; 1, and 18 to 32, inclusive,
Block 2, Kelsey & Gillespie Subdivision of Block 41; 1 to 7, in-
clusive, Block 1; 1 to 12, inclusive, Block 2; 1 to 11, inclusive,
Block 3, Graeber's Post Office Addition, Block 42; 2, Block 44; 2
to 13, inclusive, Block 1, Kelsey & Gillespie Subdivision of Block
44; 1 to 18, inclusive, and 20 to 26, inclusive, Block 1, Archer-
Kullak Subdivision of Block 45; 1 to 6, inclusive, Block 1; 1 to :6,
inclusive, Block 2, Franklin Subdivision of Block 46, all in Plat
"C", Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on the south side of Second
South Street between Sixth West Street and the Jordan River, and od
the north side of Second South Street between Seventh West and
Eleventh West Streets, in Sidewalk District No. 21 of Salt Lake
City, for the purpose of constructing cement sidewalks upon said
portions of said street, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments
made and returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
