AN ORDINANCE
I
An ordinance amendink Section 1204 of Chapter 40 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913, relating to lunch oars, duo on
Streets, as amended by an ordinance passed by the Board of Commis-
sioners of Salt Lake City April 6, 1914.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 1204 of Chapter 40 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913, relating to lunch oars, 82o, on
streets, as amended by an ordinance passed by the Board of Commis-
sioners of Salt Lake City April 6, 1914, be, and the same is hereby
amended so as to read as follows:
SECTION 1204. It shell be unlawful for any person to
engage in or carry on the business of selling lunches, or any
article or thing, merchandise or commodity from or in wagons,
cars or any other vehicle or structure, in or upon the streets
of Salt Lake City within the district bounded on the north by
the north side of South Temple Street, on the east by the east '
side of Second East Street, on the south by the south side of
Fifth South Street, and on the west by the west side of First
West Street; provided that news stands not exceeding nine in
number may be permitted to ooeupy space within said district
at positions to be designated by the Board of Commissioners,
for the sale of newspapers only.

SECTION 2. This ordinance all take effect.one day after
