An ordinance levying a tax and for the assessment of property'on
,Seventh East Street between South Temple and Third South Streets, in
IlPaving District No. 27, for the purpose of providing for the grading
)and paving thereof.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah;
SECTION 1. That the City Council does hereby levy the tax and
provide for the assessment of the same upon the property hereinafter
11 described in Paving District No. 27, for the purpose of providing for
the grading and paving of a portion of said district, to-wit:

In Lots 4 end 5, Block 45, Plat "B", abutting on the east side
1iof Seventh East Street between Second South and Third South Streets.

This tax is levied to defray the expense of grading and perint •

i with asphalt two roadways (said asphalt pavement, on each of said road-

ways to be twenty-four (24) feet wide ant nine aed 1/2 (9-1/2) inches
thick, with a twenty-four (24) foot park between) , on the portion of
said street opposite the property hereinbefore end hereinafter des-
cribed to be especially affected and benefited by said improvement ,
and it is hereby adjudged, determined and e•etab]..ished that ;paid prop-
erty will be especially benefited thereby to the full amount of the
tax hereby levied, and said. parcels of lend are hereby &aseseed at a
equal and uniform rate in accordance with the linear foot fronte.te
upon said portions of said street frontin,, upon and to a depth of
twenty-five (25) feet back therefrom, and the tax hereby levied and
to be assessed upon said. parcels of land is five thousane four huadr d

S4CTI0N 2. Said tax shall become and be delinquent ;in ten equal
installments, as follows, to-wit: One-tenth thereof one year after

such approval; one-tenth thereof in three years after. such apereval;
