Is it ordained by the Oity Oounoil of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SBOTIOH 1. That *patios 283 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
iLake pity of 1,03, be, and the same is hereby amended and re-enacted
so as to road as follows:

1I0t`I0I 883 PERMITS TO UUL GARBAGE. 0WNLRS TO HAUL THEIR
OWN GARBAGE, ha. it shall be unlawful for any person or personsi,
to engage in the business of healing garbage, manure or other
refuse without first obtaining a permit so to do from the Board
of Iealth; previted, that this condition does not apply to per-
sons hauling their own garbage with their own teams; provided
further that g arbage, taste or ashes made by any business or
somtnereisl enterprise shall be hauled away and disposed of at
such place or places as directed by the Board of Health, by the ',
owner or owners of suoh business or oommeroial enterprise when
the amount thereof exceeds I8O pounds in weight or ten cubic
feet in bulk. it, -/14
SESSION X. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinances
land resolutions in eonfliet herewith are hereby repealed to the ex-
tent of seen eesriist.
