Result i AN ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING the assessment upon the property here-
inafter described on First West Street, from South Temple to Fifth North
Streets in Paving Districts Nos. 28 and 30 (PaviJg Extaision No. 166),
for the purpose of providing for the grading, parking, curbing and
guttering, constructing drainage system to carry water across and along
streets and intersections, constructing private driveways and paving
with sheet asphalt thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Corem1ssionero: of Salt Lake City,

SECTION I. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer,
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equal:zation And review, of the
property in lots 1, 6, 7 and 8 of Block 85; Lots 4 and 5 of Blk. 86; Lots
2, 3, 4 and 5 of Blk. 95, Lots 1 and 8 of Bik. 96; Lots 1, 6, 7 and 8
of Bik. 103, Lots 4 anC.. 5 of Blk. 104; Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Blk. 113;
Lot 1 of Blk. 114; Lot 8 of Blk. 114, Lots li 6, 7,and.8 of Bik. 121,
