AN ORDINANCE AMENDING the "Wage and Salary Administration Program
for Salt Lake City Corporation Employees", as adopted by Bill No. 116
of 1976, amending Section 25-4-5 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah 1965.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "Wage and Salary Administration Program for
Salt Lake City Corporation Employees", as adopted by Bill No. 116 of 1976,
amending Section 25-4-5 of the`Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City,
Utah, 1965, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding thereto the
position of Recreation Programs Supervisor, Pay Class 16, under the title
covering Managerial and Professional Employees.
SECTION 2. That the "Wage and Salary Administration Program for
Salt Lake City Corporation Employees", as adopted by Bill No.116 of 1976,
amending Section 25-4-5 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City,
Utah, 1965, be, and the same hereby is, amended by reclassifying the
position of Parks Superintendent from Pay Class 25-C to Pay Class 26-C,
under the title covering Managerial and Professional Employees.
SECTION 3. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is
necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt Lake
City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first publica-
tion.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
