AN. 0 RD I NAN C' E .
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property on
both sides of H Street from the north side of South Temple Street
to the south side of First: Street, in Paving District No. 30, for
the purpose of providing for the grading and paving thereof.
Be it ordained,-by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
mopTio1 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treas-
t rer as corrected, approved and completed by the Bbard of Equaliir
nation and Review, heretofore ,duly appointed by the, City Council
for that purpose, of the; property abutting op both .sidas of 1T
Oire.et from the north side of South Temple Street to the south side -
of First Street, in Paving District No. 30, of Salt Lake City, for
the purpose of grading and paving said portion of said street, is
hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned in said
completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
