Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on Fifth Eest Street between Ninth South
and Tenth South Streets, in Paving District No. 31, for the
purpose of providing for the grading, curbing end guttering,
constructing drainage end irrigation systems, and paving there-
of, end building concrete conduit et Tenth South Street.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the essessment list made by the City
Treasurer, es corrected, approved end completed by the Board
of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of
equalization end review, of the property in Lots 12, 19 and
20, Block 20; 1, end 17 to 30, inclusive, Block 4; 1, and 17
to 30, inclusive, Block 1, Denver Place Subdivision; 16 to 30.
inclusive, Block 4; 11 to 20, inclusive, Block 5, Gordon Plat
Subdivision; 1 to 6, inclusive, Block 1; 1 to 13, inclusive,
Block 2, Lyndele Subdivision, all in Block 20; 2 to 11,
inclusive, Block 19; 11, Block 14, all in Five Acre Plat "A",
Big Field Survey, abutting on both sides of Fifth East Street,
between Ninth South end Tenth South Streets, in Paving Dis-
trict No. 31, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of providing
for the grading, curbing end guttering, constructing drainage
end irrigation systems, constructing concrete conduit at Tenth

South Street, end paving said portion of said L'ifth Best
Street, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and
returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day
after its first publication.
