An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property on
the west side of First West Street between Eighth South and Ninth
South Streets, in Sidewalk District No. 20, for the eonetructiion+�`I?

Be,: it ordained,by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:

urer• aO`corrected, app.roved..and completed by the Board of IDqu!ali-
anation and Review, heretofore: duly appointed by, the City Council
for'that. purpose,: o.' the property abutting on the, west side of
First Pest Street, between Eighth South and.Ninth South Streets, in
Sidewalk District NO. 20, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of
constructing a cement sidewalk upon said portion of said street, is
hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and re turned in said com-
pleted lists are hereby confirmed.
SECT'I01T 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
