An ordinance levyint a te.x and for the assesss. nt of property on
all streets within the district hounded on the west by the center lint
of State Street, on the east by the center line of Thirteenth Rest
Street, on the north by the south side of Rinth South Street, and on
the south by the city knits, in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 29, 30, 32,
'33, 34, 36, 37, 38, 40 and 43, for the construction of cenent side-
Maas.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Dolt Lhke City, Utah:
SECTION 1. Thet the City Council does hereby levy the tax. and
provide for the asseesnent of the acne upon the property hereinafter
described in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 29, 30, 32, 33, :4, 3 6, 57, 38,
40 and 43, for the construction of ceuent sidewalks, to-wit:
