An ordinance amending Section 22 of an ordinance in relation to the sale of intoxicating liquors; prohibiting the sale thereof on Sundays and to minors and other persona; prescribing certain restrictions and regulations in relation to the licensing of the sale of intoxicating liquors; providing for the revocation of licenses in certain cases and repealing all inconsistent ordinances. Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 22 of an ordinance in relation to the sale of intoxicating liquors; prohibiting the sale thereof on Sun- days and to minors and other persons; prescribing certain restric- tions and regulations in relation to the licensing of the sale of intoxicating liquors; providing for the revocation of licenses in /7`Z. 7fo z, Certain cases and repealing all inconsistent ordinances,Abe, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 22. License not to be reissued to any person con- victed of any violation of this ordinance. Any person, firm or corporation: whose license to sell intoxicating liquors has been revoked by the City Council for any pause, shall there- after be ineligible, at the discretion of the City Council, to receive any license to sell intoxicating liquors in Salt Lake City.
