An ordinance amending Section 22 of an ordinance in relation
to the sale of intoxicating liquors; prohibiting the sale thereof
on Sundays and to minors and other persona; prescribing certain
restrictions and regulations in relation to the licensing of the
sale of intoxicating liquors; providing for the revocation of
licenses in certain cases and repealing all inconsistent ordinances.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 22 of an ordinance in relation to the
sale of intoxicating liquors; prohibiting the sale thereof on Sun-
days and to minors and other persons; prescribing certain restric-
tions and regulations in relation to the licensing of the sale of
intoxicating liquors; providing for the revocation of licenses in

Certain cases and repealing all inconsistent ordinances,Abe, and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 22. License not to be reissued to any person con-
victed of any violation of this ordinance. Any person, firm
or corporation: whose license to sell intoxicating liquors has
been revoked by the City Council for any pause, shall there-
after be ineligible, at the discretion of the City Council,
to receive any license to sell intoxicating liquors in Salt
Lake City.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
