Result AN ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE VACATING plat of 'Warm Springs Subdivision
of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25,-Township 1 North, Range
1 Test, Salt Lake Base and Meridian.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah.
SBCTION 1. That 'Warm Springs Subdivision, a subdivision
located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 1 North,
Salt Lake Base and Meridian,
Range 1 YNestjbe and the same hereby is vacated and declared no
longer a platted subdivision, and all streets and ways therein
located be and the same are hereby vacated and declared no longer
public alleys, streets or ways.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty-one
days after its first publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah, this ylk
