F ,I Mr. Chairman - - -I,_ I AN ORDINANCE Result ItS ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER LXXI, of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1934, relating to beer , by adding in and to said Chapter a new Section to be known as Section 1649X. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION I. That Chapter LXXI, of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1934, relating to beer, be and the same is hereby amended by adding in and to said chapter a new Section to be known as Section 1649X, which shall read as follows: SEC. 1649X. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, dispose of, furnish, give or deliver any beer to ahy person under the age of twenty-one years. SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, CD it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall take effect immediately. SECTION 3.
