AN ORDINANCE Result AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5709 of the Revised Ordi- nances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, relating to streets. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 5709 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, relating to streets, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: ttSEC. 5709. ADDITIONAL BOND. Whenever in the opinion of the Board of Commissioners the bond provided for in the pre- ceding section shall be"deemed inadequate for the protection of the city or the public, said Beard may require the bond to be in any sum not. exceeding $25,000.00."
