' ' Result . . . AN ORDINANCE REPEALING BILL NO. 9 of 1969 and VACATING EDGEHILL STREET, located in Sections 20, 21, 28 and 29, Township 1 South, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Bill No. 9 of 1969, be, and the same hereby is, repealed. SECTION 2, That Edgehill Street, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property to be used as a street, alley, avenue or pedestrian way: Beginning at the point of intersection of the north- westerly right-of-way line of Edgehill Street with the southerly right of way line of Claybourne Avenue, said point also being 72.08 feet S. 89°53'27" W from the north- east corner of Lot 11, Block 27, 10 Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey; thence S. 23°35'59" W 127.49 feet to the easterly right-of-way line of Highland Drive; thence S. 15° 33'42" E 175.73 feet along said easterly right-of-way line to a point of tangency with a 200.0 foot radius curve to the right; thence northerly along the arc of said curve 135.73 feet to a point of tangency; thence N. 23°35'59" E 167.72 feet to the southerly right-of-way line of said Claybourne Avenue; thence S. 89°53'27" W 72.08 feet along fj said line to the point of beginning. �`,,.
