Be it ortaiped by the C,l.ty Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: ` SECTION1. That the franchise heretofore granted to the Salt Lake City Railroad Company, its successors and assigns, to construct a street railway from the center of the intersection of Third Street ; •' and U Street to the center of the intersection of South Temple Street "' ,``��� and U Street, thence southerly and sopthward along Thirteenth East U, . i Street to Bifth South Street, which franchise is found is fad in 1 the Revised Ordinances of 1903 on pages 490, 491, 492, 493 and 494, `JJJ `� \‘u be, and the same hereby is extended up to and including October 21, 1905, as respects the time within which said street railway is to be 4 �\ completed, and the grantee mentioned in said franchise and ordinance and its successors and assigns, are herebyi given up to and including ; October 21, 1905, within which to complete said street rail;- - bb SECTION 2.
