Br it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake Oity, Utah:
SECTIOA 1. That the following sidewalk district is hereby
wreo,ted and established in Salt Lake City, to-wit: Sidewalk Distrieti
;;I dip. 43 shall be and eolnoist of both sides of all Oblie`=streets von
d thinet in the tracts e.1 land k*oSY as Blocks 12 aa4 13, Five Acre
Plat "A", Big Field Survey
Commencing at a Point or sten. on the south bonhd4ry of Tenth
South Street, said point being 33:feet south and 64-feat west of
ruck monument net by the City Engineer of Salt ;,ake City at the in-
tr seotion of State and tenth South'Streets; thence south 0 deg. 3 !
min. west on the west life of State Street 2950 feet to stone on j
south line of Eleventh South and State Streets; thence east on the
south line of Eleventh South Street 3S3k feet to the minter of lifth
East Street; thence north 0 deg. 3 min. east on the center line of
i Fifth East Street 2964 feet to the south line of Tenth South Street;]
thence south 89 deg. 56 min. west 3236 feet to place of beginning.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
